Jing (screen capture)

Jing is a Mac and sorry to say Windows screen capture tool. Jing project was developed by Tech Smith it’s was aimed to be simple, quick and FREE!  It records video as well as screen shots! you can find it at:  http://www.jingproject.com

Leopards Menu Bar

Leopards menu bar is translucent now instead of the traditional white or opaque color. It may just take some time to get used to but i hate it when it turns the same color as the desktop background! If your like me you can fix this but not before you download “LEOPAQUE” which you can get for free from MacParc,

Once you have downloaded Leopaque open the “dmg” and install it to your applications folder and slide the slider to the left to make the menu grayer and to the right to make it whiter then click enable. Note: Before Clicking Enable close all applications and documents because it will restart your computer. and if you don’t like it click restore and it will restore the translucency, one thing to take note is the apple logo on the left of the menu bar might change colors Imo not sure if this was done on purpose or is a defect.
